Downtown Seattle reported wide flooding where two and one-half inches of rain fell in one 24 hour period. Establishing shot - Storm on the Pacific Ocean shoreline. CU - Tons of debris and remains of smashed homes wash upon the shoreline, man picking up what he can. CU - Two policemen carrying the remains of people who were killed in a land slide.
