He stops to adjust brim of his hat, then he puts his hand to his eye as if he's got something in it. He stands there trying to get the dust out of his eye. MCU young womanin winter coat standing by corner of building watching passersby. The man comes along, still bothered by his eye. She speaks to him, offering to help. CU her hand reaches into her coat pocket and pulls out a piece of cotton which she then twists in her hand - hard to see exactly but it looks as if she might be making a sort of homemade Q-Tip. MS she uses this to remove the dust or ash from his eye. MCU he thanks her and gives her some money, then goes on his way. (Titles seem to be recommending this as an employment idea!)
