	Description:	16:00:31:- continuation of interview with senior employee of the NYC Department ofSewer and Water (his name is never mentioned), as hosted by Mike Lukas. They talk about fireplugs. 16:02:21:- MS of Mike and Joe, another senior employee at the department, also talking about the origin of fireplugs, two models of which are at his feet. They also discuss Joe's 24 year career, what he likes about it, the urban myth about alligators in the NYC sewer system, what animals he's come across in the sewers (rats, fish, turtles, etc.), and the sewer system cycle from domestic toilet to sewage treatment plant. They also discuss "The Flushing Effect", why manhole covers are round, what shouldn't be flushed in a toilet, early New York City fireplugs (again), and Joe's personal philosophy towards sewers. 16:18:58:- On location with a DEP squad: ECU of a manhole cover; zoom out to CU, then zoom back in. MS's of a DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) employee talking to an old man waving a planning diagram (unsure if he's also an employee or just an old man with too much time on his hands); Mike interjects himself and they have a good laugh. Cut to CU of Mike (wearing a hard hat) talking to the camera about what they're there for and why (segment intro); some laughs here as well. Cut to another MS of Mike joking with the camera as to why he should wear the hard hat (gets beaned with a small metal bolt, then picks a pretend fight with the cameraman, going so far as to "punch" him in the nuts). Cut to another MS of Mike hamming it up in front of a DEP truck, eventually ending the segment with a funny fart joke (the inevitable, "truck's hydraulic release sounds like a human fart" joke). MS of a square manhole cover being lifted by a DEP truck's hydraulic lift as Mike hams it up for the camera; a clutching shovel goes into the hole and pulls up a trowel of black sludge, putting it into the truck's dump. Mike happens along and throws a dime into the hole, making a wish to "The Sewer Fairy". They replace the grate. 16:28:21:- CU of a round manhole cover, zoom out to MS of Mike and DEP employee kneeling beside it, talking about its geometry. CU of the man stomping the cover back into place.
