Shot from high up looking down at crowd in many long rows of canvas beach chairs. MLS bathing beauties standing in a row. These all wear bathing suits with diamond/harlequin patterns and other geometric designs, and more of these capes slung over their shoulders. MCU man in dark suit wearing boutonierre and medallion on a ribbon - Mayor of S. or some other such dignitary. MLS skinny young girl c. age 11 -12 dancing on stage, doing high kicks in front of musicians from military orchestra. The girl does one-handed cartwheels along the edge of the outdoor stage.
