L/S's of people walking along busy London street and steps tot he subway. Good L/S of St Paul's Cathedral. The commentator does some calculations and works out how many years would be lost if Hitler managed stop people working in Britain for two hours everyday. Several shots of ships and submarines being launched with the amount of tons of shipping that can be produced in two hours. L/S of a woman yawning and stretching as she wakes up in the morning. The commentator says that "if you must waste three valuable seconds by yawning then make up for it by quick changing." L/S's of a woman walking behind a post and coming out the other side fully ready for work. The commentator points out that this is trick photography. L/S of the woman demonstrating this a few more times. Several diagrammatical shots of how many times a woman's heart beats over 24 hours and that her blood travels further than the moon.
