Back view, she approaches the door of the salon. GV. Interior, girl enters the salon and walks up to receptionist. The boss comes into picture to have a chat about operating on wig. SCU. 'Surgeon barber' Mr Simon Hext talking to the young girl who is wearing blond wig. SV. As the two walk out of picture. Back view, Mr Hext, now dressed up in overalls and surgeon's cap, shows the young girl to her seat. CU. Mr Hext talking to the girl explaining how he will operate on the wig. CU. Assistant watching, also wearing a surgical cap. CU, Mr Hext about to take off the wig. SV. Pan as he takes off the wig from the girl's head and walks over to the 'operating table'. He places wig on table and with the help of his assistants opens the wig out. CU. Assistant watching wearing surgical cap. CU. Scissors cutting the wig on operating table. CU. The Young girl watching operation in progress through mirror. CU. Hands on operating table parting the wig down the centre and making it into sections. Top view, preparing dye in glass vessel. CU. Putting dye into a solution. CU. Pouring black dye into a large round pan. CU. As the two halves of the wig are wheeled along on a trolley. Surgeon picks up one half of the wig and places it in the dye. CU. Hair being pulled through a 'curry' comb, & SV & CU. SV. Placing the two halves of the wig on table after being combed. Pan to a girl sewing wig hairs into artificial scalp. CU. Needle sewing the artificial hair onto scalp. SV. Girl sitting in the hairdressing salon. She has several curlers in her hair which is covered by a a hair net. Mr Hext comes into picture and shows her an artificial scalp head which has attached the wig sections. SCU. Wig sections attached, girl says she likes the style. CU. Girl and man modelling new hairdo on dummy head. CU. Girl in the salon waiting. CU. Dummy head rotating showing part of the new hairdo. SV.
