M/S man at helm of boat whilst 2 men throw nets over the side in order to catch oysters. Shots of them hauling nets onto boat and unloading the oysters. Manager of the oyster farm Leonard Hodges lends a hand and culls the latest catch. They throw the young ones back in to mature. Some shots of house along banks of River Helford and plaque: The Duchy of Cornwall Oyster Farm. M/S 2 men pick up a tray of oysters from a preservation tank in the river. At the oysterage the oysters are cleaned and then put into cleansing tanks. Top shot of tanks full of oysters. A man then grades the oysters, the largest are called number one.
