In Athens, Greece, he receives a fervently enthusiastic reception on a par with those at every earlier stop on his route. Earlier, in Iran, his motorcade through Teheran was cheered by vast throngs as it rolled over Persian carpets strewn in the streets." Motorcade and crowds lining the streets. Sign shows handshake and the words "Welcome Ike." President Dwight D. Eisenhower poses with the Shah of Iran (Mohammad Reza Pahlavi). Portrait painting (not sure who it is). At the airport in Athens, Eisenhower walks with King Paul (?) of Greece. Several U.S. flags. Ike and another man ride in open car past applauding crowds.
