| Description: | PEEPS AT LESLIE HENSON Extracts from the play "Kid Boots" - Leslie Henson and Diana Wilson do some slapstick stuff at the Winter Garden Theatre Stage w/ golf course set; Henson playing caddie demonstrates golf form to a lady doctor, played by Diana Wilson. She tries and gets club tangled up in her scarf and fringed dress. CU Henson grimaces. Back to LS: the lady putting; Henson turns and x's upstage, sorta bouncing along on the balls of his feet, can't tell if he's trying to sneak away or move the flag from the 9th hole, or what. Next scene is at the woman doctor's office. Don't know what kind of doctor she is though - Henson, as a patient, is sitting on chair which seems to be some kind of torture device! She shoves him into chair, then she flips switch on a board next to chair. He starts kicking his feet and (apparently) screaming. She turns it off and he falls to the floor, walks like a crab, then gets up and rubs his behind w/ the seat of a stool. But next he's back sitting in the chair again, gestures to her w/ his hands as if asking her to turn it back on. She flips the switch again, and again he kicks his legs around ( but this time looks happier) then gets up and walks off. | |
