Nice street level TLS cars driving through Piccadilly Circus with Eros seen between the Bovril and Wrigley billboards. LS building partly demolished by air raids, pan down to debris on ground. LS of Burlington Arcade bombed. LS pan deserted Piccadilly Circus during an air raid showing Eros all boarded up. LS/MS/CU Eros boarded up with flower girls and war bond signs. TLS traffic moving around boarded Eros. Post-War: MS pan as truck passes with Eros statue covered in flatbed. High angle LS crowds around Piccadilly. Elevated GV as Eros is lifted into it's rightful position, bicycle and vehicular traffic passes in the background. CU/MS Eros statue being hoisted into position by rope. MS crowd watching.
