| Description: | PICNIC TIME IS HERE AGAIN Cookery demonstration. M/S of a family sat by their car having a picnic in scenic countryside, M/S of the mother handing out food to the boys. M/S of a lady showing us how to make perfect picnic food. She squeezes the yolk out of hard boiled eggs and starts to crush them through a sieve into a bowl, she then adds some herbs and lemon juice. M/S as she cuts a bit of margarine and adds it to the mixture. She also recommends you put curry powder and chutney in it too. M/S as she spoons the mixture back into the hard egg whites (deviled eggs). M/S of pastry in little tins, she puts pieces of bread on top to stop it rising then puts them in the oven. When they are done she takes them out and removes the bread. She then adds a slice of ham and a peeled egg to each one. To finish she pours piquant sauce over the top and adds a slice of tomato and sprinkle of aspic. Various shots of the picnic food on a table. | |
