They walk into the Guildhall accompanied by an entourage of men (aldermen?) in ceremonial robes, some carrying maces. They are there for the presentation of the King's Cup. M/S of Field Marshal Sir Cryril Deverel entering the Guildhall. As chief of the Imperial General Staff, he will present the King's Cup to the 235 Battery of the 59th (Medium) Brigade Royal Artillery.
