M/S as he walks down a line of soldiers. L/S as the camera pans across the crowd who are waving flags. The Prince walks past and waves his hat. Various shots of him with the mayor, a man conducts the crowd in three cheers. 'At Walsall.' - Similar scenes as the Prince walks down the street and waves, while people stand around, wave flags and give three cheers. The camera pans across them. The Prince shakes hands with war veterans and chats to them. 'At Coventry.' - The Prince's car stops and he gets out. He walks along and meets veterans, he spends quite a while talking to two men in wheelchairs. L/S as the Prince drives down the street and people wave. Various shots of the cars and lots of people milling about. 'Prince concludes his highly successful tour at Stratford-upon-Avon.' - The car drives down the street and the Prince goes into a cottage, possibly Shakespeare's. People line the streets and wave madly as the car drives through, he waves back. | |
