	Description:	Filmed at Williamsport, PA and Georgia Power's Austell plant, Rome, GA, replacing 10' dia pipe in atomic power plant, per F. Carter Dreves, Adv Mgr Pullman Power... cut in on hunched welder, zoom in on hard hat near him. LS, including the welder, a tilt u & d the area where the hot reheat pipe is being welded. Tilt D to 4 workmen at the base of the pipe. CU workman adjusting yellow fabrication. High spot on the reheat pipe, showing the Y end, men gathered around it. Men push the pipe out of the picture out of the picture. High shot of men at base, working w. pipe. CU man w. blue helmet & pull back to see group tugging the pipe into place. Yellow-hatted nab pulls on chain hoist. CU welder, LS spark shower falling as cam tilts to follow sparks. The pipe, now sheathed in shiny stainless steel. Cam tilts U, all pipes now sheathed.
