Various shots, the Royal party arrive outside City Hall and Mayor Craybecks presents some civic dignitaries. They then get back into the car and drive through crowd-lined streets with King Baudouin. MS Queen goes aboard King Baudouin's yacht, the 'Flandria XVI' at Antwerp. LS Royal yacht with the party on board go out to tour the dockyards to see the 'Baudouin Sas'. GV Dockyard.
