CU Man's hand writing on form covered by natural sound. He says "The doctor will be along." MS Doctor and assistant in waiting room doctor is reading a magazine and assistant is packing his bag. MS Receptionist places 'phone on stand gets up with message and goes to the window with it. MS Doc. getting up and going to window to collect messages. CU Doctor receiving message at window reading it and starting to move out of picture. MS Doctor picks up his bag and hurries out of door like Super Doc. MS Leaving front door. MS Doctor getting into his car. MS Car driving out of picture right to left. MS Car coming towards camera and drawing up a patients door. CU Interior of car doctor picks up car phone (looks like a regular telephone) and speaks to base. (nat. snd.) MS Receptionist at base taking message from doctor (nat. snd.) MS Doctor gets out of his car and walks to patients House. MS Doctor enters patients bedroom and walks out of picture right to left. MS Doctor walking up to patient who is lying in bed - -she may be sick but she's got some wild curtains! CU Patient's face. MS Doc takes thermometer in patients mouth. CU Doctor's looking at his watch - we pan down and he removes thermometer from the patients mouth and puts it into cup at the side of the bed. MS Receptionist taking another message( not natural sound.) Meanwhile, MS Doctor packs his bags says goodbye taps the patient on the arm and walks out of picture left to right. MS Doctor getting into his car. CU Doctor getting into his car he picks up the car phone, reports that he has finished with that patient (Nat. snd.) Receptionist receiving message and giving it to Doctor (nat. snd.) CU speaker in Doc's car (nat. snd.) MS Receptionist speaking message into telephone (nat.snd.) CU Doc's in Car picks up telephone and says thank you or words to that effect. (nat snd.) MS Doc's car leaving patients house. MS Car running along the road comes round the corner - camera pans with it as it disappears down the road. | |
