Commentator tells us the pill, "when swallowed, transmits information about abdominal ailments hitherto unobtainable".MS Patient and nurse. Nurse is making bed comfortable for patient. Doctor comes into picture gives nurse tray which has radio pill on it. Nurse picks up glass of water. MS Patient takes pill and swallows it. Woman lays down on bed. CU Woman laying down. MS Doctor adjusting graph. He then picks up revolving aerial pan to right as doctor picks up aerial and takes it to patient. Stop panning. Pan down to show patient laying on bed. Doctor then sits down beside patient and places hand on stomach. CU Hand pressing woman's stomach pan up to show doctor looking at graph. BCU of graph. High pressure on left low pressure on right at the moment the needle is on the right it swings across to the left. It stops and swings back to the right again. Stops and continues to do this. CU Woman laying on bed she looks up at aerial which is out of picture. CU Aerial swinging round. MS Graph. BCU Graph. Needle is on right and starts swinging backwards and forwards. MS Another doctor examining X-rays. He places X-ray onto holder. He then begins to study X-ray. CU X-ray panning to right from beginning of shot.
