| Description: | RECORD WHEELS Australian cyclist Herbert Opperman breaks records in Sydney then describes his diet. Sydney, Australia. Various shots of cyclist Herbert Opperman riding around the Sydney Sports Arena in his successful attempt in breaking over 50 cycling world records. A man runs alongside to hand him a drink, another squirts him with water to refresh his calves as he goes by. A postman hands him a letter and receives one back on his next circuit. We then see 'Oppy' sitting at a table, describing his diet on a typical day - it is spread out before him. He says he drinks plenty of milk, eats shredded carrots and raw egg yolks with orange juice. His wife appears and hands him the glass of milk. Oppy says it helps if you have a wife like Mrs Oppy and "on this point at least, let her be the boss". | |
