| Description: | Stunts; balancd. Events; Contests. Red Cross Society Garden Fete in Dublin. First shot of people standing in a park; little girl in nurse sort of outfit; with a little boy; women stand talking; one with dog; men walk by. This fete has a strange contest going on-- A man holding a pole tries to climb into a basket which has another pole through its handles and is sort of hanging between two chairs. He shakes around awhile then falls; bringing a medical team instantly swarming round him and carrying him off as if he has some grave injury but spectators are all smiling. Weird. Then a CU of a young woman in dress & bonnet holding a dog --seems like several have pets here; other people behind. A man comes up and talks to her and she starts to get out a small notebook. | |
