| Description: | ROBOT ART (aka META-MATICS-ELECTRONIC SCULPTURE) The electronic sculptures or 'happy machines' built by artist Jean Tinguely are on display in London. Mayfair, London. At the Kaplan Gallery , Jean Tinguely demonstrates his Meta-Matics machines which produce movement and create their own 'do it your self' abstract art. There are various shots of his weird moving machines which have pens attached to make marks on papers. There are shots of Tinguely adjusting the machine and of his work 'Tres Stabile'. Mr Ewan Phillips discusses the work with the artist . Mr and Mrs Kaplan are seen looking at the works of art. There is also a weird 'speed sculpture' which looks like a light effect. | |
