| Description: | This is a story of local residents complaining about a neighboring landfill that is causing all sorts of unwanted problems. First shot is of a cement truck pulling out of a gravel drive-way. There is a brick building and parked cars in the background. Setting has that industrial park sort of feel. Camera zooms in to a small group of people gathered in the parking lot of the building. Shot of two women being interviewed by reporter. One woman wears a floppy hat and holds a sign with a frowning face that reads: IT SMELLS. Direct and to the point. The second woman holds a sign that reads: " You Think Cleveland Has Problems?" Eventually she will be the spokeswoman for the group. Shot of protest group (all female) standing in front of a station wagon in an unorganized manner. Shot of unorganized women again but from a different angle. CU of sign that reads: "IT STILL STINKS". CU of spokeswoman. Camera pulls back to include the floppy hat lady and reporter. Spokeswoman states that she would like to see the landfill shut down until it can operate without smell, or contamination of the water or land. Residents have had enough. Another shot of unorganized protesters. | |
