It will help you acquire both grace and a willowy back." One of the exercises necessitates Olivette putting her hand between her legs as she crouches, she reaches backward through her legs and rings a bell on the floor. Leg stretches. As Olivette performs another exercise lying on the floor and swinging her legs over to ring the bell an intertitle reminds us: "A roll on the floor is worth two on the hips". Leg lifts.
