In Holland, where hula hoops are still a big thing, a shaggy dog story (but a true one) about a shepherd dog named Max who takes up the hula hoop on his own with incredible, and hilarious, results. German Shepherd dog (?) watches young woman use hula hoop. Dog runs off, manages to pick up a hoop around his neck, and twirls it around and around. He looks a little insane. Cut-aways of cat, horse, bunny rabbit.
