| Description: | SKATING JEWELS The Skating Jewels entertain us with some roller-skating stunts. Comedian Ronald Frankau introduces 'The Skating Jewels', saying a skate is a very difficult thing to manipulate, especially fried with chips. We then see a man and woman skating on a small circular platform. They do a few balancing stunts as they twirl round. We then see the woman doing a Russian kicking dance on roller-skates, by balancing on the front wheel of her skates - no stoppers! More stunts by the couple, some in slow motion. Their finishing flourish shows the woman hanging from a strap around the man's neck by her teeth, as she spins over and over in an almost horizontal position. There is another strap around her neck. | |
