Great shots of bomber (Handley Page? or Martin? looks very similar to some of theirs) practicing with 2 very brave Pathe newsreel cameramen filming from positions on the wings. Plane taxis before take-off; one cameraman sits on top wing in center, a 2nd stands on rt. bottom wing. Air to air shots of this plane flying over water. Aerial looking down at a large number of scrapped US destroyers, looks like whole fleet. This is shot by the guy on top wing, and as plane leans into turn he pans to show gunner in FG. Shot from ground, airplane starts off to left pulling a big white tube behind. This is the air target. It flies right past camera at close range. Back up in the sky, air to air shot, side view bomber flying to rt., w/ the white cylinder target flying just a bit higher & to the plane's rt. MLS from above, gunner loading ammunition. Another shot from top wing, looking rt. at part of front of plane, rt. propeller and the other cameraman at work, cranking his camera. Another great shot of gunner firing machine gun. Air to air of bomber and the target thing both flying, this time w/ target in FG. Ends with cool air-to air shot from a plane flying directly above the bomber, looking straight down at the center w/ gunner, pilots & the daredevil cameraman sitting on the top wing.
