	Description:	Small Fry in Sports: Soap Box Derby Parade of many children. Young boys wearing patriotic outfits prepare their vehicles for the race. (Their cars seem to have the names of local newspapers on them.) The little cars get weighed. The race begins, with some mechanism releasing to allow the cars to start downhill -- and these kids are racing in front of huge crowds! Winner poses with man and woman, woman (mom?) kisses him; CU the teenaged (?) winner.
