Lady Stonehaven gives a short speech and tells us that the fruit for the Christmas pudding has been presented by the Fruit Growers of Australia. Father Neptune walks around the front of the stage (which is decorated like a boat) he hands fruit to Father Christmas (Santa Claus). Santa is dressed in a druid like manner - not the Santa we are used to. Various dignitaries stir the various ingredients to make the pudding.
