The Iowa line proves a surprise as they hold Wisconsin and force them to settle for a field goal in the first quarter. Iowa takes the lead with a T D as the second half opens but Wisconsin comes back with a score and wind up on top -- 10 to 7. Iowa Iowa’s marching team spells out IOWA on the football field and there is a packed crowd in back of them. MS - Wisconsin passes the football and it is caught the receiver catches it and is brought down. MS - Once again Wisconsin passes and once again the receiver catches it. MS - Iowa holds off Wisconsin from making a 7 point touchdown and they have to settle for a 3-pointed. MS - Iowa has the ball and they pass it off to the running back he runs for 21-yards and scores a touchdown. MS - Wisconsin has the ball and passes it for 46-yards. MS - Wisconsin fumbles and Iowa recovers the football. MS - Now Iowa fumbles and Wisconsin recovers the football, and they score a touchdown, Wisconsin 10 and Iowa 7 is the final score. | |
