Brief shot; but then X'd out: some sort of march? crowd watching as some group marches through - - actually it looks like women in uniform; one of the women's auxiliary groups? - may be unrelated. GV pan rt. on crowd behind fence at the track (not by the stands but at a different part of the track); only 1 policeman in front of crowd here. (Possibly the reason for the massive law-enforcement attendance is concern about another suffragette distrurbance; after a woman ran onto the track and was killed at the Derby in 1913.)
