L/S's of large film camera being wheeled forward to in film studio in preparation for shooting the next scene in the film. L/S's of the South African rugby team watching the scene as the director shouts "Action !". "Miss Molly Lamont the charming young South African Star aptly managed the Introductory Part." Group shots of Miss Molly Lamont introducing the South African rugby team and the manager, to the director Norman Walker and the actor and actress (Henry Kendall and Nora Swinburn) who have just filmed the last scene seated at a table. The introduces the team by saying "These are the rest of the bad lad !". Good group shot of the team dressed in very smart suits. "And Monty Banks and Leslie Fuller shrinking coy like into a modest gown, showed us something new in acting." Comical scene with Fulker dressed in drag. Banks his on his feet telling him that he is in love and why "Did you leave me in South Africa. He / She replies "Because I am the Springboks mascot." The scene gets plenty of laughs from the watching players. When Banks then asks Fulker to fly away with him, in dramatic fashion Fulker takes of his wig and declares that he can't because "My home is in Rugby !" "But, "Bill" Freshman was a bit hampered handling a bike and a "Bachelors" Baby." M/S of woman handing Freshman a doll of a baby. Freshman is seen riding on a motorcycle, he nearly runs over two passers by in the process. | |
