| Description: | STEPPING NOWHERE! Various exponents of log rolling demonstrate their technique. LS 2 young men running in place on log rolling in water- -they are really doing quite well but then one falls in and the other follows within a second. LS trick film bit shows a guy "un-falling" - he comes jumping up out of the water and lands on the log. Then another guy comes out of water feet first from in front of log and he too lands on it. Ha ha. MS the boys seen from waist down standing on floating log; they balance themselves, turn sideways and start moving their feet to make the log roll. MLS guy in swimsuit and tall guy in coverall compete at log rolling. The latter seems to be a bit of a comic, but his frantic waving arms and near-falls may not totally be jokes. LS same pair; the funny man starts jumping back and forth on the log. More running, then they finally fall. Side view man running on floating barrel. He slows down the rolling barrel, prepares to turn it lengthwise. MLS shot of guy doing just that in water beside dock - running on the barrel turning from end to end. He gets through 1 + turns and falls off. Stunts, contests, balance, log rolling | |
