LS/MS line of chorus girls on stage in front of backdrop made to look like the exterior of a large country estate, they lean forward and clap their hands as Michael Tripp (?) performs a comedy dance routine. This is presumably a skit on the Charleston as he does all sorts of silly, mad steps. Very fast, nutty dancing ensues - quite funny. Intertitle reads: "Mixed Colleges mean mixed dances. The "Varsity Drag" provides the mixture." LS group of chorus girls dressed in gymslips doing a routine on stage in front of backdrop made to look like buildings on a college campus, a few principals/leads dance with them, one woman lifts up her skirt to show off her legs and bloomers. MS some of the chorus girls dancing and showing off their knee-high socks! LS frenzied dancing with high leg kicks and high energy arm movements, there doesn't seem to be anyone in drag so don't be confused by the name of the dance! | |
