Various shots, audience seated quietly in the hall, in the audience are Lubke, Senghor and Brandt. CU Dignitaries in the audience including Lubke, Senghor and Brandt. MS Prize of Peace being presented to President Senghor. Various shots, members of audience applauding. Various shots outside St. Paul's Church where an armoured car or police carrier stands in the middle of the street with German police on foot and on horseback watching a group of students gathering.
