The mosque is well guarded but anti French feelings stills runs high among certain nationalist groups. Bloodshed occurred in spite of precautions taken. A grenade exploded inside wounding the grand diseur and three others, including the Sultan. The Sultan driving down the streets of Marrakech in an open convertible. CUS - Muslims watch standing on the driven route as the Sultan goes to the masque to pray. MLS - A well guarded masque, soldiers sitting on their horses. CUS - A wounded grand diseur being led away to safety. CUS - The Sultans face covered in blood, he still manages a gesture of recognition to his people. | |
