Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) steps out of car and is greeted by civic dignitaries. A fanfare is being played in the background. The Prince walks with dignitaries past lines of waving girls. There are large cheers. MS The Prince stands at a podium and makes a speech. There are several microphones to pick up his words.
