The narrator informs us that stored inside are a hundred and fifty thousand bags of cocoa beans. L/S of a worker driving a small vehicle inside the warehouse, hundreds of sacks of cocoa beans can be seen stacked on top of each other. VSs of the cocoa beans pouring from a hopper into roasting machine. C/U of gauges on roasting machine. Several shots of the chocolate making process in progress, this includes, winnowing - which throws off the shells of the beans, the chocolate mixture being refined on huge granite rollers. Ingredients are added to the large kettles. CU machinery. Row of large machines the appear to be stirring white liquid (cream centers?) Molds are placed on conveyor. Very good L/S of the cream centers being placed in the center of the chocolates by woman factory workers. Various more good shots of factory machinery moving the chocolate along a conveyor belt past women workers who pack the chocolates into boxes. Great CUs of machinery and automation. M/S and C/U of a young lady opening a chocolate box and eating a chocolate form inside. | |
