| Description: | TABLE TALK A novel walking stick which turns into a card table is demonstrated. MCU 4 men crowded in train compartment playing cards and smoking cigarettes; but they're having difficulties because they have no table and have to use a newspaper on someone's knees. But....here's a new invention! The walking-stick table. (Title mentions that this caused the Queen much amusement at an industry fair) CU man takes off top(handle) part of cane. He pulls out of the cane what looks like an umbrella. One end of this folds out into a 4-legged stand. He then opens the "umbrella" end which opens into a flat surface. He sets this down and starts dealing cards on top of it. (Shot shows men's hands and table.) They all pick up their cards and start playing. | |
