Duke of Gloucester is given a tour and he seems interested. The commentary includes all relevant information about the pool and its filtration system. Duke is about to ceremonially press a button which operates machinery which produces artificial waves. Duke's right hand is wrapped or bandaged, so he presses the button with his left hand.
