Shot looking straight at stage; male and female dancer in exotic costumes. She wears a rather skimpy leotard w/ cutaways at the waist, decorated w/ beads and spangles - like a rather risque goddess! Also a close-fitting cap also covered w/ beads and sparkling stuff. He wears an outfit that goes over one shoulder and looks like it's supposed to be made of pelts. Maybe he's a god, too; he sort of gives the impression of a satyr but w/o the goat part. The dance begins w/ the woman posing seductively, draped w/ a transparent robe or scarf; the man tiptoes toward her. Closer shot of same: she casts off the long scarf; he gathers it up and flings it away. They perform a dramatic dance. He lifts her into many different positions. Finally he holds her by the arms and spins her around and around. As they come to a stop he falls to the ground and she stands over him triumphantly | |
