MS man and 3 women workers in factory. He is operating a machine like heavy duty paper cutter. One of the women sets down stacks of cotton to be cut. CUs blade of machine cutting folded cotton into small square stacks. MCU woman operates another machine w/ circular blade that comes down & cuts circles from the squares. Pan on women at sewing machines. MCU woman sewing narrow ribbon tubing round edge of a square of transparent net fabric. MCU woman sews trim around edge of round piece of cotton. CU on sewing machine. Bit of fluffier cotton in center of the mesh square. Woman places the cotton circle on top & sews whole thing together. CU another woman folds corners of the square over the cotton circle, then stitches around edge of the resulting square. CU woman stuffing cord through the tubing, then pulls it tight making a little bag. Fashionable young woman standing by mirror opens her purse and takes out one of these creations. She turns it inside out so that the powder puff is on outside, and powders her face.
