A Vicar blesses the flags and drums. Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught (third son of Victoria and Albert, married to Princess Louise Marguerite of Prussia) hands over flags to young cadets. Cadets march or troop their new colors past the saluting Duke. The assembled soldiers give three cheers for the Duke of Connaught, with a building of the college behind them.
