The Premier (Ramsay MacDonald) and the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Philip Snowden) receive, with traditional ceremony "the Freedom of the City." London. M/S of horses pulling an ornate carriage, two uniformed men in feathered hats open the door, a man gets out and is handed a mace, the mayor gets out after him and greets other officials. M/S of the men entering a building, one walks in on sticks. M/S of Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald talking to one of the officials. M/S of Ramsay MacDonald and Philip Snowdon stood on either side of the mayor. M/S of the Guildhall (?) The carriages ride away afterwards.
