Hundreds of Italian troops are gathered to hear the proclamation of surrender by the Duke of Aosta, who was the former Italian Viceroy of Ethiopia. Various shots of prisoners walking along. The proclamation is read by the Italian Chief of Staff. They are led away again. Defeated enemy units are accorded honors of war and a British General takes the salute whilst allied forces present arms. Various shots of the Duke of Aosta walking along.
