Shot loooking down at water swirling around at the foot of the dam; pan upward slowly on a section which is nearly completed and looks very tall in this shot. Large container of rocks (for concrete) being transported up mountainside via cable railway. Shot of same, looking upward as this load passes. Wide shot of mountain in BG, w/ a few beams sticking out at angles in FG. Shot looking straight down at construction area; a few workers stand in what looks like the back of a large truck moving; scaffolding at rt., w/ water rushing beneath.
