Come with the "Pathetone" man to the famous Pass - eight thousand feet into the sky. Menthon, France. Various shots of the beautiful mountainous and snow-covered countryside around Menthon. We then see several men walking up the mountains and exploring the area around the St Bernard Hospice; there is a statue of St Bernard on a plinth in the snow. St Bernard dogs are fed outside one of the buildings. At night we see the men running about on skis and carrying flares. | |
