Cut to the women w/ male trainer jumping rope. They stand in throwing a medicine ball. Then the women lie on floor in a row doing sit-ups, then leg lifts, then lift their legs & do "bicycling". LS boxing ring, girl in FG ctr. hits a ball on a pole & a spring. Several other girls sparring w/ each other, jumping rope, doing exercises, etc. MS trainer shows young woman how to use punching bag. She tries it and knocks the bag down. LS the trainer spars with one of the women in the ring as the others watch. MS the woman boxer is really beating up on the trainer & seems to be thoroughly enjoying herself. LS she knocks him down. Great in-camera composition shot: CU trainer's head in profile at left; w/ his arm held straight out to rt.; a row of girls dancing in a kickline appear just above his arm. | |
