| Description: | THE MAGIC SAC Early French comedy and trick photography film - a man uses a magic sack."Cinema Eclair" at top of opening title. For some unexplained reason; a group of people go running after a man walking down a path. They catch up to him and begin shouting and pointing; in an accusatory manner. He flings his big sack at them and they instantly disappear. The last two girls run away; find some soldiers who then carry the man off to jail; throwing his sack in behind him. He climbs into the magic sack and disappears. Soldiers search the cell; find only the sack; carry it outside and drop it. As soon as they leave the man appears inside the sack and crawls out. He is caught again. They search his sack and find rabbits; but he produces from it the people he made disappear! Trick film. | |
