Clergymen walk out of Church followed by man carrying a ceremonial sword. They are followed by Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor). He too is wearing a hat and cape. The procession walks along the street. The procession approaches a building (possibly Cardiff Town Hall). Men - presumably from the St John’s Ambulance Brigade - are also in the parade. | |
