LS the veterans working in garden w/ rakes and spades, etc. More vets working, man in FG waters plants w/ watering can. MS veteran leaning over beside a row, moving around some loose dirt w/ his hand. LS 2 of the men are working on a miniature tower built in the center of the garden. MLS same; one of the pair is painting the tower; man in BG watering plants. MLS old veteran talking to 3 small children c. age 3; he is showing them some plants. LS the group of 7 vets pose, 4 of them sitting on bench. MS 3 of the men passing back & forth a small flower or sprig, holding it up to smell it. LS the men filling watering cans from a cistern. Then a shot of the men walking up a road / wide path toward camera, watering the path! Kinda weird. Finally, back on the portico of the veterans' hospital, the men pose in a row, simaltaneously lifting cups in the air and taking a drink. MCU 2 old men drain their cups, wipe off their moustaches, smile & laugh. | |
