| Description: | THE RAMMER Gas operated ramming machine is operated - pounding roads. United Kingdom MS man fitting a pipe over a spring, then putting a motor on top of the whole thing, w/ 2 pipes sticking down into the pipe. CU motor. LS the man stands holding onto the Rammer which is c. 3' high, a pipe which widens at the bottom and has the motor thing on top; wires go from this thing to a box strapped on the man's back. He is standing in the middle of an area which is all dirt, looks like it is at the edge of a village. Titles mention road construction so maybe that is what is going on? When the man presses a switch, gas in the cylinder explodes and makes the bottom of the Rammer jump out, like a fat pogo stick. Various shots of the man "operating" the thing, which basically just means it sort of hops up and down in the dirt and at times looks pretty silly. | |
